DAMAGED ITEMS
Although, Raylette Amor Cosmetics does not offer returns or exchanges if there has been a mistake made on our end or manufacturing damage to your items we will resolve the matter. Please submit a claim to: INFO@RAYLETTEAMOR.COM within 7 Days of your purchase.
Be sure to include your order number and the damaged item in the claim. Please allow us 48-96 hours to respond to your claim. We assure you all matters will be resolved and a timely manner. We appreciate your patience and thank you for trusting in us for your beauty needs.
SHIPPING
Please allow between 2-4 business days to receive a shipping confirmation. We ship through United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer First Class Shipping which can take 2-5 business days. Our Domestic shipping rates range from $5.99 to $12.99.
Once a package is taken to the post office it is out of our control. We will do whatever is possible to help you retrieve a lost package however once a package is taken to USPS you must reach out to USPS to resolve any issues regarding to lost or stolen packages.
